Do you have a place where you can go to experience both whimsical fun and significant times with some girlfriends? Where you can get goofy, giggle out loud, and meet a generous and gracious God? We live in unstable and unpredictable times. Every one of us has experienced pain in our lives, whether it's the loss of a loved one, the loss of a friendship, or simply unfulfilled expectations. As women, we're looking for security, acceptance, and a place to belong and have some fun. Is there any place in our culture where we as women can find these?

Welcome to Girlfriends Forever

We are a "front porch" ministry in reaching women in our church and community. We like to sprinkle Jesus in all dimensions of ministry through grace, unconditional love, prayer, purpose, and laughter.  We are about having fun and giggling.  We want women to grow spiritually and emotionally and live with purpose and significance.  Girlfriends Forever is for all women.  We are about sharing the love of Christ with every woman we come in contact with.

We BEFRIEND women, so they feel like they BELONG. Then they will be open to hear about what we BELIEVE, which will open their hearts to BECOME someone different...a follower of Jesus!  To complete the circle, we want women to BEFRIEND others, and help them BELONG, too!

Ministries/Events

•Heart Whisperers
Our prayer team who bathe each event in prayer.  It is comprised of women who are passionate about prayer and have a heart for the Lord.  They are essential to this ministry. 

"For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them."   -Matthew 18:20

•Girlfriend Events
These are gatherings of women & teenage girls in our church and our community for a time of games, crafts, tea luncheons, cooking demonstrations, glamour and glitz, and whatever we can create!  These events are our main community outreach to introduce ourselves and offer our friendship. Through having fun we can introduce our new girlfriends to Christ.  Join with us in our ministries and become lasting friends--girlfriends forever! •Bible Study
Our women come together to learn more about God and His Word. We develop or strengthen our relationship with Him.  One major outgrowth of Bible studies is we can show His love through sharing, caring, and praying for one another.  Bible studies are held at church each Monday from 9-11 a.m. or 6-8 p.m. for the duration of the study.

•Lit'n'Lattes
This is a book club that reads inspirational, fiction, and nonfiction books by Christian authors.  It is a therapeutic outlet in our busy lives.  Lit'n'Lattes involves book reviews, questions, and sharing opinions over dinner with girlfriends.  Occasionally we'll invite a guest author for reviews.  Lit'n'Lattes is hosted at the church @ Noon-1:30 or hosted in homes @ 6-7:30 p.m. and meets on Thursdays monthly.

•Sassy Scrappers
Spice up your life with some sassy new girlfriends.  They'll help you organize and create greeting cards, gift bags, & photo scrapping.  Share some memories, share ideas, share life!
