E-mail Worship Ministry

As we come together in worship, we are to worship God in Spirit and in truth and to lead others into God's presence through worship. As part of the FBC Worship Ministry, you will have the opportunity to meet people, make new friends and form lasting and meaningful relationships. Our ministry opportnities are: Praise Band, The Celebration Choir (adult choir), Alpha Ringers (handbells), Praise Singers, Ladies Ensemble, Soloists and small ensembles.

In addition to our Sunday morning worship experiences, there are opportunities of service and ministry. You will have the joy of leading, encouraging and influencing people in worship outside the walls of our church as we reach out to our community.  This will be an exciting journey!  We are about WORSHIP, not performance.

Following is a schedule of rehearsals:
 

CELEBRATION CHOIR:  7-8:15 PM on Wednesdays in the Sanctuary.  The choir prepares special music for our worship services and sings in the annual Easter passion play.  There is no audition required to join the choir, but only a vocal evaluation to determine your vocal range and your placement in the correct section.  If you would like to join this dynamic group, email Eric Beechem at  eric@fbcmalakoff.com
 

Alpha Ringers: 6-7 PM on Wednesdays, 2nd floor of Ed. Wing
 

Praise Band: 5-6 PM on Sundays in Sanctuary
 

His Kidz Children's Choir (3 yrs. - K) 6-7 PM on Sundays during the school year in 2 & 3 year old room
 

Kidz Choir (1 - 5th Grades) 6-7 on Sundays during the school year in Kidz Praise Room
 

Ladies Ensemble

Technical Team: These are the people that allow our worship services and special events happen.  If you are talented or experienced with computers, running sound systems, or radio, then this ministry could be for you!
